We offer movement programs ranging from seated chair yoga to Pilates, with everything in between, including Gentle Yoga, Mixed Level Yoga, and Yogalates.
Replenishment
To support the nervous system, we offer Yoga Nidra, Cultivating Calm and Self Compassion, Restorative Yoga, and the Somatic Swaddle.
